14th Annual Mutt Strutt in San Mateo

Is your dog the best kisser? Find out when you join the Woof Reporters for a morning of paws in the park. Meet us at the 14th annual Mutt Strutt in San Mateo’s Coyote Point Park. Action-packed with contests, prizes, demonstrations and dog-centric booths, it’s paradise for pets and their people.

Best of all, when you and your dog tackle the 1K or 3K walks around the park, you help raise much-needed funds for animals at the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA. Though any donation is much appreciated, the event encourages walkers to raise just ten donations of $10.00 each from family and friends. Just register online to get started – it’s not too late! With $100.00 or more contributed from every dog/person team, the event is sure to be a huge success.

And that’s not even considering the Best Kisser, Most Talented and Best Costume contests. Enter your dog in these hilarious events for his 15 minutes of fame and prizes too. This year’s distinguished panel of judges includes Ken White, PHS/SPCA President; Janelle Marie, local TV personality; Sal Castaneda, KTVU Channel 2 traffic and is hosted by KTVU Channel 2 Consumer Editor, Tom Vacar.

Lace up your sneakers and clip on the leash, it’s time to give back to our canine community. Join us for the Mutt Strutt!
